To ensure that the relocation work is completed smoothly and safely, the production department manager and the person in charge of each workshop conduct safety education and publicity training for all staff.
First of all, we must focus on prevention: we do not understand the performance of the equipment or the operating procedures and do not allow the machine to be turned on without permission. We must ensure that the machine can be repaired or maintained only when it is stopped; when we clean the machine, we must use special instruments.
Second, we must enhance self-protection awareness: when production is abnormal, safety is the prerequisite, there must be a correct handling method, no panic, rational thinking and handling. Protect yourself first before you can protect others!
Finally, during the special period of company relocation, we all need to work together, communicate more, complain less, ensure safety, and work together to complete the relocation work.
Safe operating procedures include:
- Inspection before operation-Mechanical equipment must always be used under normal conditions, wear, looseness, deformation, cracks, leaks, and abnormal sounds, etc., may cause malfunctions, resulting in casualties.
- Signal contact-When two or more people collaborate, sometimes it is necessary to specify a contact signal and operate according to the signal.
- Strictly abide by the operating procedures-be sure to keep in mind that because it takes time to simplify or directly omit the prescribed operating procedures, it may lead to accidents.
- Abnormal operation-when product deformation occurs in the production line, or encounters a small fault, some operations that are not in the operation procedure are often performed, such as debugging the machine, overhauling, and oiling.
- In such cases, it must be reported to the management. When you need to handle this kind of operation by yourself, you should cut off the power of the machine first, and then operate it only after it is officially safe.
Unsafe acts absolutely prohibited:
- The methods of machine operation, object support and object handling are incorrect and unreliable.
- Approach or enter a dangerous place, such as approaching a running machine or lifting goods, entering an unsafe place, etc.
- Clean, lubricate or overhaul the mechanical devices that are running, energized, or heated.
- Suddenly start the machine, no signal, move the vehicle, object or perform the next operation without confirming safety.
- Improper selection of mechanical devices, use purpose is not stipulated, use defective mechanical devices.
- Leave in the machine running state, put the machine or materials in an unsafe state or place.
- Remove the safety device and make the safety device invalid.
- Jump on or off the vehicle or machine and replace the specified tools with your hands.
