Overall aerosol unit production reached 5.5 billion in 2018, according to figures reported by the European Aerosol Federation (FEA). In terms of segmentation, 21.4% of aerosols are household products, 57% are personal care products and 21.6% account for other areas including 3.7% in pharmaceutical or chemical aerosol products, 4.45% food/ miscellaneous, 5.33% paints and varnishes and 8.12% automotive and industrial. In 2017, personal care products still dominate, reaching 56.6%, 20.7% of household spray products, 7.5% in auotomative or industrial products, 5.29% are plants and varnishes, 5.09% in pharmaceutical aerosol products and 4.82% of food products. In 2016, personal care products are still leading, reaching 55.5%, followed by household category 20.7%, and other products up 23.8%, of which 7.8% in automative or industrial products, 5.9% of food products and 4.9% paints and varnishes. The organisation revealed this reflects a slight decrease from 2016 to 2017 production numbers. Moreover, personal care has always been at the top, while home care products have seen little change. Normal Hardness: T3 BA/CA,  T4 BA/CA Quality Inspection: There are many items in steel quality inspection, including tensile test, bending fatigue test, compression/bending test and corrosion resistance test. Surface Quality: No inclusions, cracks, rusts and other harmful defects are allowed on the surface of steel plate or strip, and no parking spots are allowed. Defects that do not affect the moulding properties are allowed, such as slight non-palpable scratches, light yellow film after pickling, slight pitting, scratches, roll prints and indentations, chromatic aberration and slight non-palpable wrinkles, etc. Since there is no chance for the strip to remove the defect, delivery with defect is allowed, but the defect does not exceed 6% of the total length of the coil. Oiling refers to the electrostatic rust-proof oil with certain rust-proof properties coated on the surface of steel plate, which is lightly, moderately and heavily oiled, as specified by the buyer in the contract. The supplier shall ensure that the oil-coated products are free from rust within 3 months under normal transportation and storage conditions. Acceptance Criteria Tensile test and bending test are suitable for longitudinal specimens. The specimens L0=50 mm and b=25 mm were used in the tensile test. Sampling scheme of bending test should be carried out according to sample No. 3 of JIS Z 2204 and test method should be carried out according to JIS Z 2248. Hardness test is carried out in accordance with JIS Z 2245. HRB target value of hardness is 60 + 8. The actual value provided in the warranty is not required for acceptance.
