Now our lead time for empty aerosol tin can is 12-15 days, in order to keep normal operation of your company, any orders need to arrange before CNY holiday, pls place and confirm to us in advance. Pls note the last day of receiving orders loaded before CNY will be Dec. 25th, 2019 (also need receipt of confirmed artwork and deposit), orders after Dec. 25th, 2019 will be arranged after holiday. On December 12th, 2019,  Guangdong Sihai Iron-Printing and Tin-Making Co.,Ltd held a new round of safety operation training sessions on 5th floor of Sihai office building. The purpose of the meeting was to correct the problems found at any time during the operation of the can production lined, and to find better solutions to keep safety of both workers and processing lines, and also keep its original high efficiency. Through the session,the workshop general manager Mr. Chen showed the videos collected from real cases of violation operations, and used live examples to warn all employees of the company. Standard operations must be maintained at all times. Every month Sihai got director team meet up to summarize the jobs of past week and got good preparations for future. 1. What are aerosols? Aren’t they the things that come in spray cans? Aerosols are tiny particles in the air that can be produced when we burn different types of fossil fuels — coal, petroleum, wood and biofuels — in different ways. A significant man-made source of aerosols is pollution from cars and factories. If you live in a big city you’re probably pretty familiar with soot, an aerosol that forms black layers on your windowsill. But aerosols can also be produced naturally, for example, through being given off from trees or burning vegetation. The word “aerosol” is used by scientists to mean “atmospheric particulate”. But it was used a lot by the media during the 1980s and 1990s to refer to the spray cans that released chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) into the air, which damage the ozone layer and created the ozone hole. So it’s no surprise that there is some confusion over the word! 2. Is there a link between aerosols and climate change? Yes. Aerosols have a profound impact on the climate because, just like greenhouse gases, they are able to change the Earth’s “radiative”, or energy, balance. Aerosols can control how much energy from the sun reaches the planet’s surface by changing the amount that is absorbed in the atmosphere and the amount that is scattered back out to space. It turns out that most aerosols are cooling — that is to say, they reflect the sun’s energy back out into space. There is only one aerosol — soot, also known as black carbon — that actually helps contribute to global warming by boosting the warming effects of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Since the Industrial Revolution, humans have pumped more and more aerosols into the air, and this in turn has actually counteracted global warming to a significant degree. Using climate models, we estimate that aerosols have masked about 50 percent of the warming that would otherwise have been caused by greenhouse gases trapping heat near the surface of the Earth. Without the presence of these aerosols in the air, our models suggest that the planet would be about 1 °C (1.8 °F) hotter. 3. So aerosols are a good thing then? It’s true that aerosols have limited the warming that we’ve experienced on Earth since the Industrial Revolution. But they also have very big, detrimental impacts on human health, and have been implicated in health problems such as lung damage. Aerosols also affect other parts of the climate system like rainfall — reducing rain in areas like India and China where it is desperately needed for food production — and they alter patterns of wind and atmospheric circulation.

It’s near the end of 2019, also is busy season for empty aerosol tin can, in order to ensure provide high quality products to customers and let our staffs to know more about our products,  Guangdong Sihai Iron-Printing and Tin-Making Co., Ltd was conducting a training about technics of can-making, the Marketing Department, PMC Department, Production Department, Quality Department and Exam Center joined this training. The director of can-making workshop--Mr, Huang host the training, first he introduced the technological process of can-making, welding--Sealing--Leaking Test--Packing. Now we have 10 can-making lines with annual output of 300 million pieces, all of our products are manufactured in accordance with GB13042-2008 standards and managed by ISO0991:2015 100% passed leaking test. Director Liu was worked at Guangdong Sihai over 10 years, with rich experience about aerosol tin can. He told that each process is very important, as the it will affect the next and the other process. He emphasized the standard and key for each process, and shared his experience about the normal situation and how to improve the work. Finally, we make a communication with each department, they asked some questions and Director Huang to answer one by one, which make us know more about the can-making workshop and learn more about our aerosol tin can products, and it’s very good chance for communication between each departments, many workers hope the company can hold more training about this.

As normal, October to February of each year is hot season for metal packing industry, including empty aerosol can orders too. To prepare the hot season orders, we already improved our cone and dome components pressing lines and can making lines to high efficiency too meet the hot sale products,like diameter 65x158mm with 400ml auto spray paint cans, diameter 52x128mm with 250ml snow spray cans, and diameter 52x195mm air freshener cans. etc,meanwhile, we extended the working hours of each workshops, to guarantee the short leading time. Although after these series of preparation woks, leading time may still got a little longer than before. Like diameter 65mm necked in cans,leading time will be from 12-14 days to 17-21 days; And for 52mm cans, we can make same as 15-17 days as usual; For aerosol can components, we can make leading time to 20-30 days.
