Production Process for the Spray Tin Cans

Step 1: Iron-cutting——cutting the roll raw tinplate to suitable sizes

Step 2: Tin-printing——color printing according by customer's design

Step 3: Tin-Coating——clear oil coating after colors printing to make it bright and smooth.

Step 4: Cone & Dome Pressing——clear oil coating tinplate pressing cone & dome

Step 5: Aerosol can making——10 production lines making tin cans for security delivery time, SOUDRONIC welding machine, air inspection machine and infrared ray auto-inspection machines for quality products

Step 5: Aerosol can packing——packing with pallets or carton

Payment Term

• 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance payment against the BL copy.
• 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance payment before good shipped.
• FOB & CIF & CNF by TT

Packing Information

• Paper Pallets ( 36 pallets / 40HQ container, 16 pallets / 20GP container)
• Cartons (Carton size depends on the cans sizes and heght, normall 96 pcs per cartons for diameter 65mm)

Delivery Time

• 10-15 days for normal type cans ( Receiving the deposit and confirming the artwork designs)
• 15-20 days for special type cans ( Receiving the deposit and confirming the artwork designs)
