Packing is the last but important step, it also essential for protecting and transporting.

We now have two types packing for empty aerosol tin can, one is packed in carton, the other is pallet.

Carton packing is a normal way of package, which is light and easy to carry by hand. We have packing in 48/96/144pcs, 1~3 layers into one carton. it depends on the size of aerosol tin can, we will customize the suitable size of carton for different cans to protect it well.

For pallet, it’s the main packing method of our customers, it can load more quantity than packed in carton, we design the best match size of pallet for container. Pallet also save time for loading and production. Using pallet is no need to put the cans one by one in hands, and customers no need to take out from cartons, which save labor cost. And we have automatic packing machines, which make great improvement for production. We pack 16 pallets for 20’GP container, and 36 pallets for 40’GP & 40HQ container. so it will be more easy to load or unload if using fork truck.
