MOQ for Different Sizes Empty Aerosol Tin Can

The MOQ (minimum order quantity) for empty aerosol tin can is based on 1500 pieces tinplate sheet, it will be cut to small pieces according to the diameter and height of aerosol tin can.

The column is fixed, then we calculate the line by can height, see details as below,

For example, the popular size 52x195mm

The number of columns are 5, and the lines are 4, so the MOQ is 5 columns *4 lines *1500pieces=30,000 pieces.

And size 65x158mm, it can be 4 columns or 5 column

1. The number of columns are 4, and the lines are 5, MOQ is  4 columns *5 lines *1500pieces=30,000 pieces.

2.The number of columns are 5, and the lines are 5, MOQ is  5 columns *5 lines *1500pieces=37,500 pieces.

We can accept maximum 4 different designs (one line for one design).

Rule for combined designs

• For combined design, it can be same diameter only.
• Transparent printing can’t be combined with white coating, as the printing process is not the same.
• The cans without inner lacquer can’t be combined with those in inner lacquer.
