Now our products can meet USA 2P and 2Q pressure standard(D.O.T. approval). D.O.T. certificate approved by  US Department of Transportation is mandatory for all aerosol tin cylinders exported to USA market.

For all aboved, our cans can meet D.O.T. approval standard.

About 2P standard:

for 2P standard, our metal tin cans can meet deform pressure as 12 bar minimum, and for burst pressure, they can meet 17 bars at minimum.

For cylinder body thickness, we use 0.19mm at minimum.

About 2Q standard:

for 2P standard, our metal tin cans can meet deform pressure as 15 bar minimum, and for burst pressure, they can meet 20 bars at minimum.

For cylinder body thickness, we use 0.20mm at minimum.
