The process principle of CMYK Printing is based on the theory of the three primary colors of light and the absorption principle of pigments. In CMYK Printing, the colors we used are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key, or CMYK, which can be used in different proportions and superimposed to create a variety of colors. While printing, we use the original image to broken down into four color channels, which corresponding to a color. Then, by controlling the amount of ink in each color channel, we superimpose the color on the printing medium layer by layer. Finally, a complete color image succeed.

The main material of empty aerosol tin can is tinplate, now the price of tinplate will be increased in November, 2024, we have to adjust the price of our cans. Guangdong Sihai Iron-Prinitng and Tin-Making Co., Ltd is a professional factory for empty aerosol tin can over 26 years. We have diameter 45/52/57/60/65/70mm, which was sold to many countries, such as Europe, Australia, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia and so on. We have 2 lines of automatic wire cutter with annual productivity around 20,000 tons; import printing equipements with 4 printing lines and 2 coating lines with annual output of above 16 million sheets; 10 production lines of aerosol cans with annual output of 200 million pieces,imported a high speed can-making production line with 320pcs cans per minute; and 16 full-automatic numerical control production lines for top-bottom cap to produce above 300 million pieces annually.

National Day officially the National Day of the People's Republic of China, is a public holiday in China celebrated annually on 1 October as the national day of the People's Republic of China. Our factory will take a long National Day holiday from Oct 1st to Oct 7th, and return to the office on October 8th.
