Our company added two Soudronic welding machines and put into production for diameters of 45mm and 52mm, which greatly improve efficiency. At the same time, our company finished the installation of internal coating equipment for diameter 57mm line, and raise the efficiency of the diameter 60mm straight aerosol can production line.

At present, the sizes that our company can do internal coating are diameter 45mm, 52mm, 65mm, and diameter 57mm. The inner coating aerosol can has a good protective effect on water-based and alcohol-based solvents, and it can protects from rust, keep the flavor longer, such as air fresheners and body deodorant agents.

The warehouse of the new factory is just on the first floor, so the loading time is greatly shortened. At present, it only takes half an hour to complete a 40HQ container loading, , and for the carton packing can order also can be completed within 1 hour. Now our company can take orders normally, including aerosol cans, printed tin sheets, top and bottoms of aerosol cans and specific OEM products.
