Quality Detection of Aerosol Cans

However, how can we judge the quality of aerosol can?

As we know, aerosol can is one kind of miniature pressure vessel. In order to ensure safety, tin cans should have resistance to pressure. And aerosol tank is vessel, it must be in good sealing.  Aerosol tinplate can usually refilling chemical product, it also should anti-corrosion. Empty cans should be in good quality and fine printing.

Guangdong Sihai invent compression testing machine to test the pressure of cans. Our pressure stander as below:

●Normal pressure can

Burst pressure ≧1.2Mpa

Deformation pressure ≧1.4Mpa

●High pressure can

Burst pressure ≧1.8Mpa

Deformation pressure ≧2.0Mpa

Guangdong Sihai use 2 ways to inspect whether cans in good sealing or not.

First, all cans must be inspect by Steam inspection machine.

Second, water test. During production, workers will random grab some empty cans and test by water.

Guangdong Sihai have 4 advanced iron printing production lines with Japan Fuji printing machine and 2 advance coating lines. These can guarantee the printing are in good quality.
